Job Description  He/she is the person responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality. He/she is the communication channel between the client and the project team, which consists of sub-contractors, direct workers, and suppliers.
  • Review & acceptance of contract/ order from customer.
  • Coordinate review enquiry and contact/ order for projects.
  • Initiate action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, and quality system.
  • Project planning and execution including resource management, control and co-ordination with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure excellent customer relation & achieve customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Monitor & ensure progress of works are carried out according to specification, quality plan & safety standard.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Engineers/Coordinators to carry out the projects.
  • Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion according to client’s requirement.
  • Brief the site staff and vendors on the environment, health, and safety policy (client and/ or company), relevant procedures and other requirements of integrated management system (IMS)
  • Disseminate relevant information on the identified actual/ potential significant environment, health and safety hazards and the relevant operational controls to the site staff.
  • Disseminate information relating to changes in the relevant environment, health and safety legislation and regulations to the site staff and management representative(s) of IMS.
  • Ensure that the design has taken into appropriate consideration on mitigating any significant environment, health, and safety hazards and consequences associated with its installation, operation, maintenance, and shutdown.
  • Ensure that appropriate emergency response plan (procedure) is in-place for the identified potential accident/ emergency that includes (where applicable):
    • Periodic check on the emergency gears (e.g. chemical absorbent material, fire extinguisher, etc.) to ensure that they are serviceable.
    • Periodic trial run (simulated test) on the emergency procedure to review its suitability and, the awareness of the site staff on their roles and responsibilities in an emergency.
  • Where required, carry out the appropriate monitoring and measurement to track activities and operations:
    • Compliance to the established environment, health, and safety policy.
    • Achievement of the established environment, health and safety objectives and targets.
    • Compliance to the applicable environment, health and safety legislation and regulations
    • Conformance to established operational control.
  • Ensure that appropriate corrective/ preventive action is taken against the detected non-conforming activities/ services at the site and, implement appropriate measures to mitigate any significant environment, health and safety hazards and consequences associated with the nonconformity.
  • Participate at the management review to evaluate the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the established integrated management system, including the necessary changes to the established environment, health and safety policy, objectives, and targets in the light of results of the audit and commitment to continual improvement.

Job Description  He/she is the person responsible for field operations. They are the assistant of the site/ project manager. They help the tradespeople interpret the drawings and ensure the work is constructed according to the site/ project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning. They are also required to provide with possible and feasible solutions for any obstruction or problems that occur at the site/ project.

Job Description  He/she is to assist the project manager to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe practice carried out in the project. They are to recommend to the project manager to implement and to assist to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice.
  • Ensure that EHS inspections, toolbox meetings, briefings are carried out duly.
  • Implement EHS programme(s) on sites.
  • Advise site staff on EHS matters.
  • Daily physical inspections of work environment, work tools, etc.
  • Ensure relevant legislations are complied with.
  • Implement and enforce any new EHS measures pass down by management.
  • Promote safe conduct at the site.
  • Rectify unsafe conditions and correct unsafe practices.
  • Check that all workers comply with the Company’s EHS procedures and practices.

  • Train workers to work safely.

Job Description

Job Description  He/she is responsible for the construction costs and contracts. He/she is needed to source for all the cost estimated for the construction projects and prepares high accuracy quotations and tenders for projects. They assist project directors/ managers in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
  • Responsible for claims, variation orders & cost control and settlement of final account
  • Assist Project Director in preparation and submission of Tender.
  • Taking of Bills of Quantity
  • Request of quotation from Supplier and Sub-Contractor
  • Checking of Tender document and Understanding of Specification
  • Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities
  • Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
  • Assess the degree of hazards and risks to ensure workplace safety is maintained.
  • Communicate with the management, contractors, and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
  • Conduct the negotiations during the project to ensure issues are resolved.

Job Description  He/she is responsible for all drawings for the project. He/she is to ensure high quality and accuracy of the drawings produced and required to highlight areas of possible collision for the project team. They report to the Project Team.
  • Utilizing both manual drawing skills as wells as computer-based application, such as automated computer-assisted drafting, the draftsman creates both two-dimensional and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project.
  • Working alongside Client and Design Team and liase with Project Managers to create Develop Sketches, Key Master Planning and Perspectives
  • Following a discussion of any alterations that need to occur, the draftsman makes changes to the 2D and 3D renderings.
  • To prepare and update project drawings in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures.
  • Co-ordinates with site staffs and prepare shop drawings including deriving of detail drawings for pre-fabrication.
  • To contribute as requested to development of CAD and/or BIM support tools for the business.
  • Responsible for designing of Layout drawings using both 2D and 3D software.
  • To check and review drawings before submission.
  • Producing as-built drawings by co-ordinating with site staffs and site verification
  • To check tender issue dates to organize printing, stamping, and binding of documents and specifications.
  • Assist in administrative task or quantifying with relevant parties.
  • Taking of Bills of Quantity from drawings.
  • Maintain and update records of drawings for projects and perform weekly back-ups.
